What's the world made of?
Beauty!!!
This is the first answer that comes to my mind after IC 2006.
And leadership then is about discovering the beauty within you in order to be able to discover the beauty within those that you are leading. Helping them realize how beautiful they are. Isn't that simple?
It has been not easy for me to get to this very simple conclusion. I don't know if it is going to last, but at least it is the most powerful revelation of the last years.
I write these lines and my body gets so full of gratitude that I feel it is going to explode. I feel extremelly happy and fulfilled.
I give thanks to life for containing me when I jump in it.
The happy boy of today.

What you wrote is very true. Everybody in this world are beautiful persons, even those who have hurt you.
Life is good. We should all live it the way it was meant to be lived. :)

And in case that it doesnt last long, just think of all the people around the world that you help them to descover that.
And how much they appreciate it.
That thought will make it last for a bit longer. probably forever.

Hi Dey,
these words that you also said in IC reminds me of a movie called "Life is beautiful" by Roberto Beningni. Have you watched it? It was simply a beautiful movie about a person sees his life.
